I had high hopes for this hotel, but I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. While the hall was acceptable, the food was both poor in taste and portion size, yet extremely expensive. I recently booked a program in this hotel, and the experience was disappointing. The hall was decent—I'd rate it 3/5. However, the food quality and quantity were terrible, and the prices were unreasonably high. The staff was rude and unprofessional, especially while serving food—it made everyone uncomfortable. We had to wait 45 minutes just to have a basic discussion and were never given a proper bill. To make things worse, they charged us for 51 meals when only 44 people ate. They didn’t even count the used plates. We had an emergency and couldn’t confront them, but this kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.
Rooms are not up to the mark. Please keep the bathroom and fridge clean. We need to inform the reception to turn on the hot water. Food was really good, tasty and very affordable. Food is freshly prepared. So we need to wait a bit longer. That is acceptable. But the quality of the rooms are very less. Especially cleanliness.
A decent place to spend a good evening at Cherpulassery. Have all varities of beers. Good snacks and nice service as well
Good, spacious, well furnished and neat rooms. Breakfast was complimentary but menu is limited due to restricted customer base.
