We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our work trip. The hotel provided everything we needed, including equipped meeting room. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and high quality options to start the day. Great Hotel in a beautiful village with excellent service. The sauna and pool facilities are huge and top quality. The half board included dinner and a great breakfast. They also had a very nice wine collection. Highly recommended.
Great value for money! The staff in the restaurant were superb especially Jana who was serving our table. She was excellent and even with our kids. Sadly the bar staff were really unwelcoming, it felt like they didn't want to be there and we didn't want to order drinks because it felt like we were doing something wrong (lady with short blonde hair especially) the reception staff and kids club were great. The food was great. The rooms spacious ( could do with a little updating, maybe change of mattresses)
The hotel has great facilities for children - a swimming pool and playrooms. Delicious food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but paying for water at the price of the hotel is superstition. Rooms large, but the whole hotel quite old with lots of corridors. Restaurant service very pleasant at reception quite poor. I recommend a stay with a baby.
The property and facilities are good but the hotel is massively understaffed. Housekeeping, restaurant, bar and even management staff is exhausted and stressed. Unfortunately, they also reflect it on the guests with bad and rude service. I am sorry they have been forced to work to their limits but guest families do not need be treated bad in a hotel on their vacations. Until they have more and trained people, it is impossible to recommend this hotel. Some families have one winter vacation and it is better spent elsewhere.
