I don't recommend this place. Don't scroll down there are fake review.. I don't like this because they charge so high but services are not good... Most of the staffs behave very rude but there are few nurse who are truly good.. I don't see any progress of my mother patient while in this hospital.....
Time management is very poor. They lack communication within their staff. They will inform you that the doctor will be coming soon, but no time is guaranteed. This is my third time and no more visiting here.
One of my worst experience in this hospital. X-ray technician staff doesn't have any manner how to talk with patient, who have this type of mentality should not be working in hospital , who doesn't know how to talk, he is one of rude, arrogant person who doesn't know how to respect to others.
I think it's the best clinic in Siliguri must check and visit it my experience was amazing
