Has all departments; child & Adolescent, Forensic, Addiction Psychiatry (including Substance Abuse), Adult psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Modernization of the ancient structures are taking place to reflect a truly modern as well as a historical hospital for the treatment of mental disorders.

I was admitted there as an inpatient (Kinder-Jugenhaus 49) and personally I really liked it. The ward was well lit and the nurses were very nice. The senior doctor wasn't the best, but gossiping about her with the nurses was always amusing. The school and the individual therapies, like the food, were not always perfect, but they were satisfactory. Would recommend anyone who needs it to be there for three weeks and wish the best. LG
Pavilion 52 - Top doctors who really know what they're doing. They also respond very well and to the needs of their patients as much as possible. The German Society for Psychotherapy (DGKP) doctors are also mostly completely fine, very kind and humorous. They also offer several therapies, such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, NADA (Native American Association of Psychotherapists) & psychotherapy, singing bowl massage, foot reflexology, laser therapy, etc. I felt very comfortable there. The withdrawal wasn't bad at all—it was actually very pleasant. The doctors really make sure that no one has to suffer. That's what I particularly like about this clinic, or rather, this pavilion. The food was delicious. The pavilion is very nice...there's a garden in the courtyard...so you don't feel as caged as I've experienced at other detox centers in Upper Austria, for example. I can recommend detox in Mauer with a clear conscience. You'll be in good hands there. 👍
I wrote an email saying that I absolutely had to keep medication for anxiety disorders (benzos) and also my subtition, I tried it again, no response, then I drove there for 2 hours for an initial consultation because I'm an alcoholic, I was happy and then they said I had to stop taking all the benzos there (which I absolutely need due to the illness), they suddenly said, "Nobody here goes home with benzos" an absolute juice shop only responds 0% to customers' wishes, never responds to emails and they don't want to help me because I refused to stop taking essential medications for me, so please stay away from it, incompetent employees who want to force things on you that you don't want, KEEP YOUR FINGER AWAY FROM this facility
My father-in-law has been in house 1 ward 3 for care for a few weeks. I can always just thank the staff. They are very nice and competent. 5 years ago my mother was also in there because of the disc. She was on a different ward but everyone was very nice! I hope the clinic stays with us for a long time!
