Well started out good and then the hotel informed me that my reservation with hotels.com reservation and payment wasn't somehow paid to them ok so then they made me pay again and said I would get my money back for paying 2 times I got scammed and never got my money so I payed double the amount of the fare as you can see the hotels.com receipt and the hotel receipt the hotel receipt is cheaper because i obviously didn't use a 3rd party to pay for. But the housekeeper was the best.and no hot water or tv.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lambada holiday resort. I checked in at 6 PM and paid for bed and breakfast, intending to return later that evening. To my shock, when I came back, the hotel was closed, and I was left stranded, having to find another place to sleep. Despite this clear inconvenience and their failure to provide the promised services, the hotel refused to compensate me or address the issue. This shows a lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they do not seem to value their guests or take responsibility for their actions. Very disappointing!

Place is neglected. Well built rooms but allowed to degenerate. Paint on walls is pealing off, some lights don't function and my toilet could not flush. Breakfast was late by 30 minutes, linen on the beds was not changed on my second day... I hated the place!!! Management should wake up. I used to like staying there but this time I hated staying there!!!
The rooms are excellent, they cater for different financial muscle too
