C. Lava 185, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico
It's been half a year since my grandmother entered Casa de las Lunas Lava. The attention, commitment and affection they have for the residents is something that I value a lot. We go to visit her very often and the caregivers always have an excellent disposition and treatment, which has made my grandmother feel at home. We see her quite comfortable and calm.

Since she entered this place, my grandmother improved a lot! The care of the caregivers is very good, they treat all the grandparents very nicely, highly recommended🫶🏻
CAREFUL! DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE! LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS! It is a house that does not have trained personnel or proper attention. The food is not ideal for older adults. My mother was at the Pedregal and Perisur branch for 6 months. He had terrible attention. They did not give him his medications correctly, nor his food, etc. He had decompensation due to malnutrition and dehydration. I took her out to the hospital and she died after 5 days. Clinically, the above was decisive.
A very close person told me that the attention given to his family member was very poor. People in general, do your research and make the best decision for your loved one.
I thank all the staff for the support and affection they have always had for my parents. I wish you the best, always.
