Recently my wife was a patient at John Scott and we were very impressed!!! The care was outstanding on all shifts. The nursing staff including the CNA's, MA's, LPN's and RN's were world class in their compassion and caring for her during her immediate times of need. And family were also treated as a huge part of the healing process. Other services such as PT, OT and Speech, awesome!!!! And lets not forget the great people who worked in housekeeping as well as those bringing the trays around. Their smiles were most warm and caring. Thank you to them as well. And lastly, the head of the facility as well as his assistant DON were there to address issues in a timely and most professional manner. (It speaks volumes about the attitude and culture of the facility when you walk about the floor and you hear staff talking in a positive light about the leadership there. That translates into quality patient care) From my wife and myself, Thank You all!!!

My wife has been here for two months and is discharged today. I cannot say how pleased I am with the outstanding care and treatment she has received during her stay. From the PT , meals, nursing care and concern down to the nursing aides all have been excellent in their care to their patients. As my wife is a retired PT she is aware of the efforts made to her in getting well. Connor, Mila, Ann, day nurses and the night crew all deserve mention
My mom spent most of last 2.5 months between John Scott House and the hospital. We are very grateful for the staff and care she received while there. From social workers, nurses, PT, OT and the aides. They were compassionate and caring and helped us through the entire process of rehabilitation. We developed a trusting relationship with the staff and they were supportive of our entire family. We are very thankful.
The team at John Scott House took good care of my mom when she was with them. The nurses, aids, therapists, staff and management team were kind, caring, supportive and interested in my mom. They treated her with dignity and respect. The team communicated well and kept me informed of my mom’s needs. The facility is clean and well run.
I found the physical therapy at four. I would’ve liked longer sessions I was taking very well. The nurses and the aids. I found very pleasant and can handle any questions I ask. The only real problem I had was with the food. Choices were lean And always calls.
