Iwellness Veterans Center has definitely changed my outlook in Medical care. After many years in The VA system I tried to better my health with all the available options. Dealing with many issues mostly psychiatric, I didn't feel any emotional bonding with staff at the VA. Iwellness Veterans Center provided care that I did not think were possible outside the states, managed to get my life back on track.
Was a little skeptical, but once I started the process and was able to speak to and meet the staff, all skepticism went away. They treat you like family and the facility and staff are top-notch. They really care about the veterans they treat and they treat us like royalty. i’m very thankful and glad that I made the leap and was able to receive extraordinary guidance and support from the Iwellness staff and medical team. All the veterans out there you don’t have to do this alone there are people out here willing to help and guide you to the process.
From day #1 the overall service has been far beyond what i originally expected; the veterans here are better off than those in the united states let’s be clear. The staff at iWellness go out of their way to ensure a good experience of veterans. Jendi, the director has maintained the highest of standards from cleanliness to outreach to follow ups.
