The Palazzolo institute in Milan was founded in 1930 as a residence for the elderly at the behest of the curia. Today it is possible to book various visits. It is also in fact a multi-specialist clinic, a rehabilitation centre, a hospice, a blood sampling point, a healthcare residence. Important car park. You will always find a place to leave your car

My father's hospitalization at the Generosa medicine pavilion. I would say the medical and nursing care was good. Dr. Iuculano kept us informed and did her utmost to give my father all the necessary care. Unfortunately (but I imagine it is not just the prerogative of this Institute) due to a lack of staff it is impossible to provide 360° assistance to the "elderly" and therefore there is a lack of "contact" with a contact person, who only comes to ask you if you are thirsty, if you need to go to the bathroom etc. So my advice is not to keep them alone, "in thin air" but to make sure that some family member or carer is there for a few hours a day. In the RSA, this "loneliness" is felt even more, but I would like to point out that I am not speaking from direct experience but only from having walked past it. Anyway, thanks to the Generosa staff for taking excellent care of my father.
I frequent this institute when I periodically have to undergo ozone therapy. The welcome at the check-in is excellent, with people who welcome you with extreme kindness and are proactive in helping you as much as they can to make you feel good straight away. The doctor's assistance is also excellent. Beyond the appearance of the structure which may appear old, the most important thing is done by the people as it should be in many other hospitals. Thank you
I would like to thank Dr. Ornella Riccardi on behalf of my husband Francesco Pierattelli who was hospitalized from May 7th to May 21st for - urinary tract infection -. I would particularly like to highlight the professionalism of Dr. Riccardi who brilliantly resolved the pathology. Thank you Dr. Riccardi. Grazia Matteoli Francesco Pierattelli Milan 23 5 2023
We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for Palazzolo's SIVA service, for the speed, efficiency and exquisite kindness with which they carried out, in close collaboration with La Carrozzineria srl of Milan, all the procedures necessary to replace the rocker chair serving our son Simone. Speed and efficiency which, although due, are truly rare commodities in these times. Even more so is kindness, which unlike the first two is not due, and yet represents what characterizes the quality of the service and its real attention to the person. Paola and Alessandro
