It is no longer the well-organized Clinic Città di Pavia that it once was, it gets worse every time. You can no longer book visits by phone, plus if you don't know (discovered today) if you go in person, the tickets at the totem to book at the counter can be taken from 9:30 (I recommend starting calmly as people have nothing to do). I had to book a written check-up from one of their primary doctors (to be done within a few months of receiving the reports) answer the first date for a check-up and I say CHECK-UP not before next year... thank goodness it was prescribed by one of their primary doctors. I have no words for this Clinic anymore.

Good evening, I had a surgical visit with you for a lipoma on my shoulder which is getting bigger. I was told that it must be removed in the operating room and not on an outpatient basis. It's a shame that, at your facility, interventions like this are only and exclusively paid for and I was sent a quote of around 2,400 euros. In summary I was told that your operating room is not available with the NHS for these small operations but only for large operations. I am shocked and sorry as well as the fact that I can't explain why. If you give me an explanation I would be happy. Thank you.
A month ago we had an appointment with my mother in the hospital, in the pain management department. New department very uncomfortable to arrive and enter with the wheelchair. Doctor was not able to give exhaustive answers, even though the clinical picture was very clear. In my mother's case she was treated with insufficiency and unwillingness to deal with it
I was admitted to the orthopedic traumatology department for knee meniscus surgery. Thanks to all the staff in the department and also to the operating room staff (anesthetist nurses), and special thanks to Dr. Todesca and Dr. Leddi. This clinic is highly recommended!
Given that I don't agree with the reviews in the healthcare sector, I had surgery yesterday, cruciate and meniscus, with Dr. Quays. Hoping the rehabilitation goes well in this facility, I found competent and helpful staff, from the reception staff to the nurses, OSS doctors and everyone, thank you. Spotless rooms
