My girlfriend and I stayed here 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the accommodations are beautiful and luxurious, and the garden is so beautiful and peaceful. We ate breakfast twice there and it was delicious every time, you can even choose to eat in the garden, which we did. The location was very convenient, it took me less than ten minutes to walk to the historic downtown area, and taxis to and from were very affordable. They even helped us hail a taxi when my girlfriend got injured on our trip, all around 10/10 service and I can't wait to stay here again. Roxana was the host for the majority of our stay, and she was very professional, kind, and gracious.

Great hotel with authentic charm. Our room had a cozy chimney area and a view of a beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing. Staff was very accommodating.
Such a lovely hotel outside of the centre of San Cristobal. We were able to properly rest and recharge in our room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I slept in during this vacation. There are roosters who’ll wake you up around 6am but we were not bothered by it. A special star for the service and the staff - one staff member saved us from a dishonest taxi driver who wanted to charge us too much. That was especially touching because we’ve been meeting plenty of scammers so far and most of the time we were just helpless.
It was great - a very nice hotel with all the comforts one could expect + a fireplace! Safe, secure, amazing staff. PS. There's a turkey farm next door, but that was very nice. The rooster would wake us up every morning accompanied by goobbling poultry.
Boutique hotel is custom furnished and spacious. The rooms are beautifully adorned and suites have a fireplace. Front desk staff are very helpful whether your looking for a place to do laundry or a driver to take you to one of many surrounding sites. The hotel is less a five to ten minute walk from the town center. Means easy access when you want to visit but far enough away that nights are quiet.
