Amazing views! Me and my dad were fortunate enough to get a room with a private balcony that overlooked the countryside and Interlaken. It was an absolutely beautiful room. However, did not appreciate how the WiFi was only in the lobby and it was a weak signal. For an American traveling, there was only so much of a mobile phone plan I could afford in Europe and I needed to save as much data on my plan as I could. So this was slightly inconvenient. The food was alright. Swimming pool was really relaxing and refreshing and loved the scenery surrounding it. The room was good as well. Clean! There is a bus stop nearby which makes getting into the town easy. Would recommend especially to those for whom WiFi is not a concern.

The hotel has a nice, old-fashioned homie feel to it, and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast and dinner are also very delicious! My only complaint is that the WiFi is unreliable and often drops the connection.
We experience bad service on our two night stay, theres only one staff who does everything during dinner time, he is stressed out, hard to ask for something to him bec he is rushing most of the time. Food is expensive. There are more cheaper and great restaurants in interlaken.
Room is extremely small based on usa standard. I guess things in switchzerland are so expensive that the hotel tried to cut costs therefore many things in the hotels are made of cheap matereials, however, everthing is clean and sanitary. Owner does a lot of things by himself including serving food for a big group of people and he does it very effeciently
The room views is beautiful and the hotel is in perfect location at afternoon is the swim pool and the bar very welcome, but the rooms are small, noisy, without air conditioning the breakfast and meals are simple and rustic.
