Absolutely unprofessional. We paid 6000 as their agency fee plus 25000 as home nurse fee and 2000 monthly agency fee for providing home nurse for my dad. We got referral from someone for a home nurse, but agency wanted him to only work through them which is fair. But he did not even stay for a month because they called him for some other assignment. Finally they did not replace the home nurse or did not give back the deposit. Completely unethical and substandard.
