It was a HORRIBLE experience that my sister and I went through, TREMENDOUS sores, SURGERY that she did NOT need, with MALNUTRITION, they DID NOT bathe her, they DID NOT sit her down, the dog they have, was on top of my sister's surgery, our family's clothes were thrown on the floor, supposedly in the laundry room... The staff, much to be desired, bad temper, in short, those 4 MONTHS and days WE almost LOST HER. It is not fair since we trusted the Asylum and it is DISGUSTING.

Bad place, it is not possible to play with the integrity of the elderly people who are in that place, little empathy from the workers and administrators, it is not possible that they are only interested in the economic and not the well-being of the elderly.
I just had a bad experience with the home. I made a reservation for a place to admit my mother ten days in advance. They told me that if for some reason she was not admitted, they would return the deposit. My mother died before admitting her. I made the claim for a refund and they come out with that they would only give me 50% of the advance reservation of the space. Arguing that they had told me something that never happened, that those were the policies of the home, policies that they never made me aware of, something that they should make known or include in the quotes. Clearly it was a blatant ROBBERY that they committed against me, they acted as if they were collecting rent, since my mother did not receive any service from the home. Apart from what the admission price says, they charge extra. Heartless and valueless people who work there explaining to them that because my mother had died, she was no longer going to be admitted and yet they shamelessly ROBBED me because it cannot be called anything else, ROBBERY, without any shame and the worst thing is that they did not even want to show their faces or answer the phone, lack of professionalism on the part of the administrators.
