Spent 3 nights here with my family (we had a standard room). The room was very clean, we had everything we needed. Not that big although and had no kithcen area (it was known in advance). The breakfast was also ok. The location is ideal for visiting the city of Graz. I do not remember anything negative. Maybe the heater (AC) was a bit loud when it was turned on. I can absolutely recommend it!

In general the stay in this hotel was nice - everything is new, easy check-in and check-out system. But it was weird when when the electricity was gone and nobody informed us and haven't even tried to notify us. Also, the cleaning lady was just knocking early in the morning and stepping in immediately. Weird experience. The noise on the street is also hearable, so for more sensitive people I wouldn't recommend.
It was my second business stay here. I did not remember anything bad from the first, but arrived late in the evening and stayed only one night. Now, the second time I stayed longer and I can only say: Avoid this accommodation if possible! Definite no-go’s: - Mold in the bathroom - Mold on the bedside table - Spots on the bedsheets (looks like blood) - Hair in the bed - Toilet seat dirty Other complaints: - Dirty chair - Dirty sink - Spots on the furniture - In general the furniture was once white, but now all yellow from dirt and time - Phone also yellow from dirt and time - Dusty - Torn curtain - All lamps extremely dirty and ugly - Very dark. Even after turning on all lamps (all have cheap low lumen bulbs) - My room was not loud, but other colleagues complained about their rooms being loud due to the proximity of the road I attached some pictures as reference. I even made more, but these should be enough to prove my point… Now looking at them, I don’t understand why didn’t left sooner (To be honest I tried to rebook)…
Amazing stay especially for people who are on the road and need a comfortable accomodation close to the highway. A little far from Graz city center. They are ready to welcome your furry pets and they have all what's needed for them (bowls and sofa covers). The only flaw would be the dirty cutlery and the heat in the room, but nothing too bad. We'll be back.
Not that bad, but still too expensive for those conditions. It was quite dark in the room - it needs more sources of light and air conditioner doesn`t work at night. I understand aiming to be sustainable, but when it`s +30 C outside it`s not comfortable at all.. The room also was`nt very comfortable - actually it`s layout was quite strange. There`s also a bottle of water on the table, but you have to pay for it additional 3 euros.. Nevertheless it was clean in the room (unfortunately not on the corridor) and the bed was really comfy. Nice breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant.
