Guardian Angel Homecare Services is a very professional organization and has consistently provided us with competent and reliable staff. When my 88-year-old mother fell sick, Nurse Aswathy was assigned to take care of her. She has been extremely professional, friendly, and dedicated to her work. We were very satisfied with the level of care and compassion she brought into my mom. I would highly recommend their services for in-house care. One aspect I did not appreciate, however, is their policy of applying an annual hike in service charges at the beginning of each financial year—April 1st—regardless of whether a service contract is still active. In our case, we signed up for long-term care in March, but they raised the rates in April, less than a month into the service and while the initial contract was still in effect. This raises questions about the relevance of contract terms and transparency in pricing. That said, aside from this concern, they are extremely professional, and I would still recommend them for those seeking quality homecare services.
My mother needed care for a few months & Guardian Angel Home Care was recommended by sources at Aster Medicity. Since we already have had very average experience with home-care providers in a previous occasion, we were not so hopeful, to be very honest. From the word go, the approach of Guardian Angel Home Care was found to be very professional and seamless, with proper service agreements, up-to-date documentation for the staff supplied, and highly organised invoicing system, to name a few. They were approachable and would respond in earnest if contacted during out-of-office hours. Their care-providers were very polite, homely, and professional indeed, with their duties performed in full earnest. Supervisors would visit once every month to take updates, ensuring their agreed service without fail. I was highly impressed with their communication protocol; everything is in black & white, and there in no time delay in responding to any sort of queries. Most of the time, the care was provided by Vinitha. She was an angel! I highly recommend the services provided by Guardian Angel Home Care.

I came across Guardian Angel through ChatGPT while looking for at-home nursing care. “Anitta” helped me with the booking process—she was incredibly patient and supportive, answering all my questions even after multiple calls. Once everything was arranged, a nurse named “Ashna” came home to administer an important post-chemo injection for my mum. She was very gentle, professional, and kind, which really helped calm my mum during the procedure. The service felt safe and reliable. The base charge was around ₹400 for an hour, with additional charges based on distance and services. Since it was my first time using such a service, I can’t compare prices, but I found it reasonable. I was surprised that they offer services in Vishnu, but based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend them to others.
