This is one of the rest spots with good food and service.
Good topfenatrudel and top location with 2 piste for expirienced skiers. There's also outside grill with great looking ribs (didn't try them but food looks great and priced on cheaper side for other huts in ski amade)
The location is great, no doubt. You have fresh treks every day obviously. A real let down is the food unfortunately. Was canteen quality at best...and not a good canteen. Usually that wouldn't be a big deal but since you can't get away (because you need the ski lift to get there in winter) you have to eat there or you have figure out other sleeping arrangements.
We went here for lunch. We ordered spareribs with fries and wiener schnitzel. It was impossible for us to get fries with the spareribs as they always came with a sour cream oven baked potato. Quite inflexible. When we got our food within 3 minutes we understood why. The food had probably been pre-prepared, seeing as the fries were soft. The wiener schnitzel was tender though.
