We stayed here 2x within a week and for the first time we had a fantastic time, the lady at the restaurant was extremely nice and then for the second time, the gentleman (?) at the restaurant made us feel foreign, made us feel that we do not belong here, not nice experience. Being a foreigner, living in Austria, I’ve never had this experience before. Austrians tend to be very inclusive, not this time, very sorry for that.

Nice family run hotel. Good venue for large groups. Dinner menu has a nice selection with a few vegetarian options. My schnitzel was prepared well and served with the fruit jam as usual; the potatoes were a bit past their prime, luckily the schnitzel was filling. There is a fair wine list. Friendly staff.
We just left this wonderfull hotel. We regret that spent there only 1 night. Perfect place, so clean bright rooms with amazing view. Delicious breakfast! And the best staff which we met ever! Hope that we will have opportunity to come back here.
The best child friendly hotel we have seen in a very long while! Huge garden with playground and toys next to the restaurant so that the parents can eat in peace whilst the children are having fun. Very cosy hotel, nice rooms, good restaurant and wonderful atmosphere. Service is impeccable - will definitely return.
Excellent hotel in Innsbruck. Had a nice view, playground for the kids, and a charger for the car. Can’t complain.
