It's a super RSA... a fantastic facility, friendly staff with both patients and relatives, clean, organized department, patients don't miss anything they need. I recently hospitalized my mother-in-law but I can't say enough good things about this RSA, I highly recommend it. Particular praise goes to the San Martino department for the treatment of people with the pathology for that specific department.

dirty structure, staff who are very annoyed by the work they have to do, a structure which, according to them, compares itself to the same as hospitals but then does not know how to manage situations or even respect the medical prescriptions of specialists, very young doctors who have no experience and who are guilty of presumption and who feel attacked respond in a very rude way by provoking people, staff who, when pointing out things, snort and mutter under their breath as they walk away, premises which I do not consider clean at all
I was welcomed into the facility when I needed rehabilitation; in the months in which I was assisted I found the utmost availability and competence in almost all the operators. I found the possibility of doing physiotherapy for several hours a day very effective for those who wanted it. Among the various positive aspects: the place is very clean, has large bright common areas, books available, free TV in every room.
One star because the facility is beautiful, the other star for the (few) kind employees. My grandmother, hospitalized in the rehabilitation department for two months, had to, far too often, suffer the frustrations of the staff and nurses with their delusions of omnipotence (e.g. they always forced her to eat all her meals blended, I'm guessing, maybe because it was more convenient for them that way). Someone should do some soul-searching, are you only interested in getting your salary? That's fine, but don't involve people, especially the most defenseless.
Very well-kept structure and environment, it seems like a clean and well-kept hotel, restaurant menu, attentive, friendly and helpful staff, in my experience we are at the TOP, I don't know any structures in the surrounding area with which I can make a comparison!! My mother was a guest twice in the space of two years, the doctor who follows her is a very sensitive person, Dr. Belloni, the physiotherapists, Gabriele and Eleonora, very professional and friendly with the patients, we are at the TOP.. Thank you for existing !
