Everything is going well for our mother. For two years already.
This establishment is a disgrace. The care management, led by someone who seems completely indifferent to the well-being of residents and staff, is some of the worst I have ever encountered. The management is catastrophic and there is a blatant lack of organization. Nursing assistants, already overloaded with work, are visibly exhausted, which directly affects the quality of care. I strongly advise against this EMS to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be well taken care of. A real disappointment.
