He listened carefully and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The clinic staff were also very helpful and sweet — they made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The worst hospital you can choose for yourself. I went to the nursing home today for an emergency situation, the doctor was quite approachable but the nurses, they don't even want to respond. I had a severe abdominal pain and the nurse gave me 3-4 injections, took my blood sample even before asking me whether I want to do a blood test or not, prices are alarmingly high for the type of facilities provided by them. The hospital bed was too dirty, mosquitos all around. The nurses don't even want to listen, i kept saying that I felt like vomiting but she was asking me to close my eyes...like wht the heck? And the injection...she doesn't even know how to properly inject someone. Go anywhere but not this nursing home! 🙏🙏🙏
Had 5–6 stitches in my hand (between thumb & index), paid way too much, but the doctor didn’t explain how to take the medicines and the reception didn’t guide me either. Rooms and beds were unclean, and overall management was poor. It didn’t even feel like a private nursing home, except for the prices.
Dr. Debashish Borthakur, is one of the finest doctor. My grandmother was suffering from vomiting from past few months. She would vomit every time she had meals and she even consulted doctors in Nalbari, but wasn't cured. Here, we have consulted, Dr. Debashish and he is a miraculous doctor. My Grandmother has been cured and she is doing fine now.
I love this place, friendly doctor and matured nursing staff. Rate is reasonable , no rush, no noise. Attendant feel relax and support. Good parking. Homely atmosphere.
