The overall experience was marred by their unprofessional demeanor. Furthermore, the lack of accessibility to basic amenities like the elevator was shocking, forcing me to use the stairs to reach the 7th floor. The discriminatory policy of restricting elevator use for some individuals while charging for every service is unacceptable. I strongly protest the mismanagement and urge immediate rectification of these issues to ensure a more considerate and equitable environment for all visitors.

Never book this nursing home for delivery purpose, Rooms and clothes are dirty. Receptionist need some training on how to interact with customers.worst cabin facilities.. All staff and management staff are unprofessional and dirty mentality .
I request the management, superintendent and owner or the Durga Nurshing home to control their nurshing staff behaviour. They first need to learn how to behave with patient. The release patient by walking on foot not even provide wheelchair..!!
This is a very serious condition that requires early detection and careful monitoring and treatment.
Never book this nursing home for delivery purpose, nurses and aayas don't do any work with respect to baby care including cleaning and changing clothes, they ask family members to do the same. Rooms and clothes are dirty. Receptionist need some training on how to interact with customers.
