Rude and unprofessional behaviour on Reception staff.. Consulted Shajila alungal after the consultation whn aproach the lady staff who sitting on reception ( 23 Feb evening) for aaking some quiry regarding scanning booking. Not giving proper answer as well as very rude and rough behaviour. Poor and Pathetic service from staff. After change the Management all service staffs are very careless, irresponsible and rude to the visitors.. Very dirty surrounding inside waiting area is always dirty, Even Enter to Doctor's consulting room is filled with bad smell. I hv done my first son's delivery here 4 years back,honestly most of the same staff that time very responsible and alert that time. Management was really monitor the staff and they were care about the service i think. Hope the management notice this and do the needful. Any how you are loosing a customer. From next visit we choose another hospital. All the best
This is one of the oldest hospitals started by the beloved doctor Raheem who had a public reputation for being the "common man's doctor", the hospital got revamped a few years back and it offers quality medical care at affordable rates, This hospital does not have modern medical facilities as in other hospitals, but it's worthwhile to consider if you are in need for consultation in general medicine, gynecology and minor casualty.. There are a very few experienced doctors, nevertheless it has got many experienced visiting doctors who visit on a weekly basis. There is a parking facility which can accommodate about 25 vehicles and it has a lab facility as well. Thanks!
This is one of the oldest and best hospital in kottakkal. Doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sonam Devika is an experienced gynaecologist and very good interms of handling maternity and gynaec cases. This hospital has changed for good and I personally recommend people to visit.
