EXPERIENCE SHARING hello everyone, I recently had the privilege of attending a 10-day Vipassana course, and I wanted to share a few reflections from this transformative journey. Life often takes us through highs and lows, and in those challenging moments, it’s easy to get swept away by our emotions. This, in turn, can weigh heavily on our mental health and inner peace. Vipassana taught me the profound art of living a life that is both content and fulfilling. Not sure about transforming life completely, but this experience has undeniably gifted me a fresh perspective—a way to navigate the ebbs and flows of life with grace and equanimity. If you can, I wholeheartedly recommend carving out the time to attend this course. There’s truly nothing to lose and so much to gain. It’s a step towards understanding yourself better and embracing life more fully. Here’s to growth, resilience, and mental well-being. Sabka Mangal Ho! A special thanks to Kanchan for planting the seed of this incredible idea in my mind.

Just completed my 2nd Vipassana course here. It was an amazing experience. Everything is just perfect with basic needs. I must say hygiene is maintained by staff is very well. The one issue is I would like to tell about is that as per rule you can't leave your aasan while group sitting. But if someone is suffering from any medical condition he/she must have to went outside like washroom . You can kept asking everytime where you going? Why you are not using common washroom? I think it's individual choice. I have kidney stone problem so I had to take break nd went to washroom. As I have urine infection so I can't use common washroom. May be someone has period issue. As ladies dhamma sevika the lady should be understood. Everytime she came nd asked me where are you going?? You can't leave ur asaan. There is one old age last dhamma sevika who always asking me..it makes me feel so uncomfortable. We are educated nd decent people otherwise everything is good.
I attended a 10-day Vipassana meditation course at Titwala East, Mumbai, to seek inner peace and mindfulness. The center’s serene environment and the simple, disciplined lifestyle made a strong impression on me.The daily routine was rigorous, starting at 4:00 AM with nearly 10-15 hours of meditation, including breaks for meals and rest. The Noble Silence and the focus on observing bodily sensations were challenging but rewarding. Initially, I struggled with physical discomfort and mental restlessness. However, as days progressed, I became more centered and experienced moments of deep peace and clarity. The sense of community, even in silence, and the support from the teachers were invaluable. By the end of the course, I felt a profound sense of tranquility and a renewed perspective on life. This experience has been transformative, and I highly recommend the Vipassana meditation course to anyone seeking inner peace and self-awareness.
One of the best experience I have ever had. If you want to dig deep into meditation, you should definitely go for a 10 day course here. Practical is more focused than theory. The atmosphere, they staff/sevaks are very helpful and will resolve your queries. Food is pure vegetarian and tasty. Rooms are spacious and pretty clean. All you have to do is follow the timetable of meditation for 10 days and focus on learning the technique. I went from Mumbai through google maps and the way shown is correct.
It was great experience.. such peace and harmony there. Management was quite good they helped with all necessary things like food, residency. Every human should go and live 10 days selfless life that actually we need to apply in daily life. From 4:30 am to 9:00 pm schedule that changed the routine life in a better way.
