Very bad company. There is no support when you find yourself in problems because there are very difficult and mentally unstable old people. They leave you stranded. And avoid Daniel from the customer service for Croatia and Serbia. He is not of much use and is always unavailable. If you are lucky, you will receive an answer after 3 days. Avoid this company!!

Our experience with Cura Domo – unfortunately disappointing Our 93-year-old aunt was cared for by caregivers for a period of one and a half years. We chose cura domo as our agency because its online presence seemed trustworthy. The agency advertises itself with statements such as: • "It's not just about professional care and household management." • "Cura domo stands for safety, quality, and transparency." • "Trustworthy 24-hour home care." • "Carers are selected according to strict quality criteria (including police clearance certificates, training certificates, letters of recommendation)." Unfortunately, our actual experiences do not match these promises. While the day-to-day care generally worked, significant deficiencies arose in the household management – for example, there were food items in the refrigerator that had been expired for weeks. More serious, however, was an incident that permanently shattered our trust in the entire care service: One of the caregivers (a member of a minority group) exploited our aunt's trust. She deliberately searched the house, found the well-hidden safe key, and stole family jewelry, cash, and gold coins from the safe. Silver-plated cutlery also disappeared. The damage amounts to a five-figure sum. The theft has been reported to the police – there is suspicion that the items have already been taken abroad. Our advice to other families: • Do not keep valuables in your home. • Use bank safes or entrust them to family members. • Document jewelry and valuables with photos – this will facilitate investigations in an emergency. We are deeply disappointed – not only by the caregiver's behavior, but also by the fact that cura domo apparently did not adequately fulfill its responsibility in the selection process. Our children will no longer be able to inherit the family jewelry.
Good day! We were from the 24h. Care agency cura domo very disappointed. In December we had a nurse placed by this agency to replace our sick nurse. It later turned out that she did not have social insurance and therefore we did not receive any funding for this period. The agency cura domo was not interested in clarifying the situation. Unfortunately, it also turned out that after the nurse left, small items were missing and have not reappeared to this day. The agency's mailings are not helpful... We have terminated the collaboration.
We had to organize 24-hour care at extremely short notice and found what we were looking for at CuraDomo. Immediately after the first telephone contact, we felt well cared for and supported. The nursing lady was very friendly, sensitive, spoke German well and was very accommodating. Everything worked out and the invoices corresponded exactly to what was agreed.
