I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, the breakfast is excellent, the grounds are pretty and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed as a large group for a week and the staff were amazing. We had a big event at the end of the week and catering went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. We did a lot of work in groups at the hotel and the staff took such good care of us, and they also made it fun. When we had some challenges arise and a need for room changes, they went out of their way to be acommodating. I was so impressed with everyone that I went out of my way to complement the staff to the General Manager. Cresta Lodge is a special place that I will always remember fondly. I hope to return!

Stayed here for a conference that was held at the venue. Exterior looks neat. Staff are friendly. Assistance with baggage. There is an onsite restaurant - meals were good. Stayed in a king room which is a level up from Standard and a level down from suite. Rooms are outdated. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet in the room had dirt on it. Hair all over the corners of the floor from previous guest. The shower is over a bathtub that is dented and very slippery. Water pressure is low. Overall, I dreaded using the shower.

The water in the shower is terrible it goes into your eyes my goodness towels are old and worn out ...am disappointed 😞 we are two in the room but their is one still water . One roll of tissue😭😭😭. Standards at the lodge are very low now...
