My stepfather received great care in the 12 months he spent at Coronation Lodge. The staff formed a genuine connection with him and communication with the family was great. The facilities are modest compared to larger institutions but the small size and quality of care are definite benefits.

I continue to be impressed with and very much appreciate the level of care and kindness shown to my Auntie over the last 6 months of her living at coronation lodge. This was a huge adjustment in her life and the understanding by staff of her needs has made this go smoothly. The care of a loved one is the most important in life and from the meals to a kind word I have found coronation lodge to be the very best for my aunt
Coronation lodge is amazing! Living far away from my Nana it is tricky to stay in contact. But the staff at coronation lodge let us call and chat whenever we like, and make things way easier. Through the Facebook page we are able to stay updated on what they are getting up to and the pictures are great! Also whenever I want, I am able to send pictures and updates through the Facebook for my Nana to see. When I go to visit the staff are brilliant and show genuine care and compassion for the residents and visitors. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
My mother is in this rest home , I'm happy that she is getting looked after well . Lovely rest home with friendly staff 😊
