Very bad experience. My son reported pain in his foot, after looking at it for 2 minutes, I can't call it a medical examination, the doctor reports that it is growing pain. Cost of the look?....€152. Without words. I will definitely never go back to them.
I have been a client of the Clastmed medical center for several years, during which I have undergone ultrasound and radiological tests to monitor the development of a serious pathology. I have always found high-level medical staff who followed me very carefully and effectively, also having the latest generation equipment. The environment is very welcoming, extremely clean and instills a certain serenity, promoting good psychological comfort to customer-patients. I would also like to point out the extreme availability and great humanity of Margherita, always ready to welcome you with her sweet smile, as well as the secretaries at the reception who are committed to satisfying, as far as possible, the needs of customers with diligence. An excellent medical center in the center of Casteggio, professional and competent staff, punctual, serious and competent, recommended, offers a series of visits.
Experience related to the ClastMed center in Codevilla. If I could I would give zero stars. A SHAMEFUL treatment to say the least! When booking a visit by telephone, I advised that I work in a retirement home. I was assured there was no problem. On the day of the visit I arrive accompanied by my husband whose presence was necessary, given the particularity of the visit. Only then was I informed that, working in close contact with people affected by Covid-19, I could only be subjected to the examination if I had been subjected to a swab or serological test with negative results. My husband and I have lost 2 working days in vain, and now I find myself forced to schedule a new visit at a later date at a center that does not refuse treatment to those on the front line fighting against this emergency, in the hope that this miserable place represents a negative exception. It should be underlined that although I had taken care to inform them of my work situation in advance, they saw fit to extort information from me by making me fill out a form anonymously but which was actually assessed in person at the time of delivery (in defiance of all the privacy protection rules). I could have filled it out with false information since it was not necessary to initial it and everything would have been ok for them but, since I had been reassured by telephone, I provided correct information; and only then did they deigned to inform me that I would not be able to attend the visit to their centre. It is also insane that in a "medical" center a negative swab is required as a sufficient condition to exclude the risk of contagion when even a carpenter, with all the respect due to carpenters, knows very well that being subjected to a swab does not excludes the fact that the subject may have been infected in the following days. If you want to go to this center, remember to lie shamelessly when filling out the "anonymous" form.
