Terrible nursing home, what's more, it's a ghost It is not even regulated by the Cofepris and when you go they give you your mochada they do not give insurance they do not follow nursing rules it is more of a I want to repeat and they don't even give them I talk about food everything smells like urine nursing does cleaning and cooking and also they are all vile caretakers no one is fit to care for the elderly they pull them everything is from the turnip if I were the one who would pay I would get my grandparents out of there the net the armchairs only make them smell and they have pee the clothes are not even washed and They get angry if you take out clothes stained with pee and poop, the laundry ones say that you have to recycle, some of them tie them up and pull them ugly. The net is disgusting to be working there all the staff are shit and sometimes they only say visit they try to hide everything ugly with aromatisant the net not even the workers are involved in that they just keep quiet even a patient in bed they bathe him in a chair even though they have a fractured hip they give them porridge and they don't give any more food the net do something and don't send your grandparents there
My mother was admitted very sick to Casa Yesli, where we found the support we needed for all the care she required. She was very well cared for for 2 years in all aspects thanks to the excellent staff. I will always be grateful for their love, professionalism, and understanding that they always provided to my mother.
For my dad and our family, Casa Yesli was and continues to be a blessing. My daddy was very happy. Everyone's human quality is exceptional. I highly recommend. A hug for all those who dedicate their lives to this beautiful work of caring for grandparents. We love you!!!
What a shame that they express themselves like this about the Casa Yesli care home, making it look bad. I recommend the house because two generations of my family have already spent in that house. They provide excellent service and the residents are treated with love. The residents and family members themselves can say it.
