Good afternoon, for us the attention at the DIVINA PROVIDENCIA Home House is very satisfactory because our recent one is given the necessary care, the facilities are always clean, and the dynamics that they work with the residents are very useful for them, the events to celebrate important dates are very happy and with a lot of encouragement from all the staff, and we appreciate the patience and when we need to take it out for some commitment without problems they have it ready, the attention of the staff is very Cordial, and above all All the treatment and attention of Ms. Valeria Carrasco is VERY CORDIAL AND UNDERSTANDING. Little staff, inadequate food, residents are left without eating from 5 pm until 10 am the next day, residents are made to wash dishes and help in the kitchen with heavy work, poor communication with the person in charge, when I took mom out of that place they withheld her documents, there are uncontrolled psychiatric patients, unsanitary and overcrowded conditions, there are bedbugs, residents' valuables are stolen.
Terrible place, they let patients die without any attention, they don't warn, if you want your relatives don't leave them there, trash of a place...
