After staying in this facility for 15 months, my uncle left us. The sister-in-law, the cousin and I wanted to publicly thank all the medical, nursing and administrative staff with a note of thanks to the director for everything that was done for our loved one, they took care of him with love and patience, making his stay in the institute as comfortable as possible. They always listened to us when we needed them and always tried to make their uncle feel safe and surrounded by affection. For these reasons I leave 5 stars for this structure which welcomes our families in the best possible way. Thanks for everything.

About a year ago I risked losing my father but luckily for me I met Casa Gaetano Luce. Thanks to the professionalism, competence, kindness and humanity of all the staff, without exception, my father faced his illness with strength and gave me hope. The excellent organization, the excellent cleanliness, the fruitful and constant presence of the health and care staff, the targeted and diversified diet of the staff in a kitchen, the hospitable and comfortable environment of the structure as a whole, have allowed the return to my father's house. I would therefore like to thank all those who made this possible, in particular the Facility Director Dr. Ballestrino, the Medical Director Dr. Fascetti, Dr. Conte and the Physiotherapist Dr. Favali. A sincere thank you also to Serena for the efficiency with which she carries out her secretarial duties and Anna for the kind, gentle and cordial welcome with which she always welcomed me. I turned to Casa Luce as my mother was suffering from a serious illness and needed 24-hour assistance. I found a new, well-kept, clean, functional and complete structure. In addition to the assistance service, there is a physiotherapist and an entertainer who makes guests do many activities. The staff are all efficient, qualified and kind. They helped my mom a lot but they also supported me a lot. I found smiles, affection, empathy in every person. In short, more than a protected residence, a real home where my mother felt cared for as long as she could and who accompanied her in a more than dignified manner until the end. Special thanks to the Director Mr. Balestrino, an attentive, helpful, present and sensitive person and to Serena who always welcomes with cordiality and a smile.
I got to know Casa Luce a year and a half ago when my aunt broke her femur. She was cared for with dedication and kindness and made a full recovery thanks to daily rehabilitation activities. The structure is new and modern, very functional, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful garden available to guests. I can only recommend it and thank the staff for the support given to my aunt.
I got to know Casa Luce this last month in which my mother stayed for rehabilitation due to a fractured femur. In this facility you found qualified staff, cleanliness, kindness, excellent food, great attention to the daily care of guests, physiotherapy carried out to perfection by the physiotherapist Luca and continuous and attentive medical assistance from Dr. Conte. Particular praise goes to the director Dr. Ballestrino for the care and professionalism with which he manages the structure. I therefore conclude with a thank you to all this great family who does so much for our elderly.
