All the staff from the management to the operators truly have the well-being of their guests as their objective, I have never heard a word out of place..You have lightened the sorrow that one feels when leaving a relative in the facility by giving us the certainty of doing their best. NEVER AGAIN! We bring mum to the beginning of August for a stay of 40/50 days for the carer's holidays, mum suffers from halzaimer in a severe form, but our love and the attention of our carer have made her at least reactive, the carer and I go to a meeting a few days before and the director notes mum's habits, she goes to the bathroom accompanied, she eats with help but normally not a shake, etc. Well we are happy that they make themselves at home! It's a shame that on the 4th/5th day mum is NEVER lifted from a kind of wheelchair, mum has forgotten how to use the toilet, mum has diapers 24 hours a day! I would like to point out that every 2 days either we or our daughters, or the assistant carer, someone always went there and every time we found her sleeping catatonic in a corner of the room. Brutally we are told by the OSS that they provide assistance NOT miracles that the mother had already come in like this (!!) without ever putting her teeth in and every time we asked for them she had just removed them. Around the 20th of August I go one evening and they tell me she isn't eating or drinking, I make arrangements for the next day to feed her myself and by magic WITH her teeth she eats and drinks! Even though I remain catatonic.... I ask that the therapy not be changed, they look at me scandalized, in fact I am told that on the 8th of August mother was positive for COVID and today it is the 20th she is negative! (20 days!?) NO ONE HAS NOTIFIED US!!!!! from there Pandora's box opens with the director who threatens to put mum out, my husband who has to "calm me down" etc.... the problems begin with mum's body.... today we are FINALLY going out with a person who is completely "dead" outside and inside full of sores, who entered 40 days ago CLEAN!!! AH they also wanted to be paid for the treatments done, medications etc!!!!! Another thing to go and see your loved one you have to make an appointment you can't arrive suddenly.... and you can't go up to the room.... MEH PS mom came in with a certain therapy..ex: morning triptych 025 same evening... She came out with Mattino 075 and sera ditto! TRIPLED therapy! but who decided that!? !!!! There is no doctor's signature or anything!!! I would like to point out that it is a PAYMENT protected house!!! €85 PER DAY.....X 40 DAYS....
impeccable retirement home I have had the opportunity to frequent her for several years, several times and at different times and days........never found it uncomfortable. cleanliness, scent, friendliness. like being with family. the owner, a doctor, welcomes his guests with great kindness with a thousand attentions to everyone's needs. the competent and professional staff.......what can I say, congratulations.
Clean, tidy facility, friendly and competent staff, good food, everything seems ok for now.
