On the occasion of my father-in-law's stay, I was satisfied with the structure and the staff. The staff is of a good standard, prepared and helpful with guests. The proposed activities, including music and group games, effectively involve residents, making them feel like part of a family. The rooms are really of an excellent standard and very clean. Furthermore, the monthly fee is not as excessive as that requested by other equivalent structures, which is not a bad thing. Highly recommended.

My father was a guest at Villa Ida for a couple of months for family needs. I was very skeptical given the news we hear on TV, as it was my first approach to this type of assistance. But the experience turned out to be wonderful for both my father and us as a family. Clean, spacious and bright structure. Varied, daily calendar of activities. But the wonder of this place is the sweetness, competence and availability of all the staff. Careful and delicate, understanding and available. We are thrilled with Villa Ida, for us 10+. Thanks first of all to Mr. Antonio who was able to create an oasis of tranquility and professionalism for guests and family
I had a mother as a guest in this facility for 4 months, she had various pathologies, some of which improved a lot thanks to the care of the staff, very attentive staff, compliments to the owners for the care of the facility and making both guests and family feel at home, I highly recommend it. Do not serve the carers who do not have professionalism and humanity, thanks for having met you

I can't say anything but good about this facility, maximum cleanliness, attention to our loved ones. My father was here (now he's no longer here) and he had a great time.
