From the first conversation I had with the Director I understood how many prejudices we have and how little we know about RSAs. Now that I have been attending San Francesco, because my mother lives there, for almost a year I can say that I truly feel part of a family. The excellent relationship that has been created with all the staff, the sweetness combined with the professionalism of all the staff who take care of the guests as if they were their own family, leads me to confirm that this structure is comparable to a four-star hotel rather than a retirement home. Our elderly people find a clean structure, very good and varied food, valuable recreational activities, a well-kept and fragrant flower garden, lots of company and attention to all their needs. We receive all the assistance of a splendid Director, of a prepared and always available Health Director, of a prepared reception and administration and, last but not least, of a staff - Oss, Asa and nurses - always present, which represents the flagship of the entire San Francesco. I know this place well for personal reasons in the past. You can find the best of everything here, in my opinion! Professional, courteous staff, always on the move, 24/7 continuous assistance, welcoming environment, large equipped garden.
Truly very beautiful structure with a beautiful, well-kept garden. The professionals who work there are truly affectionate with guests and make them feel at home. The best in the area. Highly recommended
You would say everything, except it is a retirement home: a 4-star hotel, clean and with very kind staff. They carry out activities for the rehabilitation of their loved one and the elderly have the opportunity to share spaces and keep each other company. The price per day is honest and balanced with the range of services offered. Large car park adjacent to the structure.
For the grandmother, who lived there for a long time, it was like family. The serene environment, the loving and constant care combined with the excellent relationship with all the staff must be recognized and the entire staff thanked for what they have done in recent years. A hug Rosy
