Modern and efficient structure. Very neat and clean. The staff is courteous and professional, always available both in everyday life and in "emergency" cases. My experience with the structure is almost 4 years and I can say that an excellent relationship of trust and familiarity has been established, important elements in the daily management of my mother. I thank them for their work and how they take care of my mother.
I am happy with the assistance that the Residenza Gentile nursing home offers to my aunt. The structure stands out for its large, bright spaces, always clean. It offers guests a peaceful place with a family atmosphere. Inside the facility, they encourage socialization among guests which, combined with the helpfulness and kindness of the owners and operators, makes for an excellent facility for the elderly.
I want to express all my gratitude and appreciation for this facility where my mother is hospitalized. From the first day, I noticed an incredible attention to cleanliness: the rooms are always impeccable and with attention to the smallest details, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. But what really makes this place special is the staff.
The facility is well organized and very clean. The operators are very attentive and thoughtful and the spaces intended for guests are very welcoming. An excellent level could be achieved by adding a bit of physical activity outside or in the gym and with the more assiduous presence and appropriate number of medical/nursing staff
