My father was at the Le Betulle nursing home for almost two months after his femur fracture surgery. Luckily we were able to transfer him to another facility because in those two months I watched my father waste away. I didn't recognize him anymore. They always kept him in bed. He always seemed to be under the influence of sedatives. They told us they had difficulty sitting him up. He almost didn't seem to have the strength to even move a finger. Now that he is in the other facility, my father has flourished again. He only stays in bed to sleep and during the day he goes for wheelchair rides, reads the newspaper and chats with the other guests. He is lucid, active and cheerful! And remember those two months at the Birches as a bad dream to forget!
Good morning, my mother was a guest of the facility for over a month following an injury. Very friendly, professional and quick response staff. I found "Le Betulle" to pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and hygiene both towards the structure and towards the guests. Best regards
