The whole thing lasted approx. 30 minutes, while in the blood collection room they were waiting for the first patient, i.e. the disabled person. Finally, the alleged nurse left the room with paperwork in hand drawn up by the reception staff, without then taking any samples. Finally, together with the lady who should direct the patients, they went out the door of the facility to continue talking about their business. The aforementioned employee, instead of doing her job with kindness and promptness, only makes confusion and speaks to others without courtesy.
