I had my mother for almost two years at the Luz de Guadalupe Rest House. The house is very comfortable and well ventilated, the spaces are spacious and well organized. Visiting hours are a bit rigid but are understood by the seniors' eating and sleeping hours. There are surrounding parks to hang out our old people. There is a lot of nurse turnover but there is consistency among those in charge, which ensures a standard of quality in care. Nataly, the manager of the place, takes the attention of each of her guests very seriously. In my mother's final weeks, he was by her side, personally attending to all her needs. His commitment was essential to overcome those difficult moments for which I will always be grateful. The cost/benefit ratio is fair, and Nataly's quality of person is unsurpassed. She was always attentive to resolve any problem or inconvenience that might arise. Many thanks to Casa Luz de Guadalupe, and congratulations for doing such a difficult job well.
