The facility is consistently clean and bright, providing a welcoming atmosphere.The entire staff , including the administration, creates a true sense of community for residents.I’m also impressed by the quality of support for the volunteering services,which allow people to connect with the residents and enrich their lives.

The nurses there are so caring and real. They know the residents inside out and make it a lively place with all the activities for the elderly. It's not what I expected at all—super cheerful vibes all around. Seeing how the nurses connect with everyone there is just heartwarming.
I don't have anyone placed at Bright Hill however I have a compliment note for a Burmese healthcare worker, Nawt Ni Ni Win. Ms Ni Ni is a very kind-hearted person. I was at SKGH koufu observing her & her patient - an old uncle - on a wheelchair. Her patient ate halfway & suddenly took out his $2 note to ask Ms Ni Ni to buy a drink for herself. What's heartwarming to see was that Ms Ni Ni actually politely rejected him, saying she had a heavy lunch while refusing to take the uncle's money even when the uncle tried again to persuade her. This scene gave me a really good impression of her so I chat with her to understand where she's from & she shared with me about Bright Hill. From our simple chat I realize she is a very genuine, considerate person & a rare gem in our society as a foreigner. She deserves a good standing award from the nursing home.
I recently visited Brighthill Evergreen Nursing Home and I was incredibly impressed. The facility is well-maintained and the staff are compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of the residents. I highly recommend this nursing home for their exceptional care and support.
