Extremely Disappointed with the Care and Conditions at Bindubasini Nursing Home Some staff members were unprofessional and dismissive towards residents. This lack of compassion is unacceptable in a caregiving environment. They is cleanliness issue, stuff are very old and can't do proper cleaning. Unhealthy atmosphere, 3-5 dogs are there at the roof of the nursing home, they are continuously barking. Doctors are rude and unprofessional. No proper treatment and care given by them. The place is run by people who are not at all sympathetic towards patients. They charged 50k for two days. Patient's condition deteriorated. I'll not advise anyone to admit their beloved one in this nursing home.

The overall experience was good. They helped us to understand each phases of treatment and guided us with all required precautions. I am very pleased with his overall care and professionalism, they have amazing staff and their behaviour is very careful. Nursing Home facilities is excellent.The human touch was always there. Twenty four hour monitoring of the patient, the constant care made it a very good experience for the patient as well as myself.The front desk staff Supushpa Das is really very helpful with her pleased behaviour. Highly recommend from my side!
My wife was admitted to Bindubasini Nursing Home. Well it was nothing less than my own home. The staff and doctors always puts you at ease and have proper answers to all your questions. Unlike many other nursing homes in Kolkata. The human touch was always there. Twenty four hour monitoring of the patient, the constant care made it a very good experience for the patient as well as myself.
Another worst Nursing Home in the Birati area. Staffs are very rude and misbehaves with the patient. Not at all well mannered. Seems to me as very unhygienic place for a patient.. Only one very much experienced staff is there who is the only one to provide proper assistance to the patient and relatives.
Good for Maternity and baby delivery .Medicine and child specialist doctors available here.Mediclaim card cash less claim available here,Overall good.not too much expensive. Doctors are well experienced.
