A year apart from each other, our loved ones have left us: Remo, my father-in-law, and Grazia, my mother. It has been a long journey that has involved us and our families and gone through dark times like the pandemic. Our parents and also us relatives have never lacked: care, support, affection and attention. We would like to thank all the medical staff, especially Dr. Albergati for the care, assistance and dedication until the end, the head nurse, nurses, OSS, wardrobe staff, the hairdresser, the administrative staff, the educators who brightened their days with the activities proposed, the volunteers and the priests Don Luigi first and dear Don Massimo later who were able to create a sense of community and belonging by giving value to people in every moment and condition of their lives. Thank you all so much because despite the moments of suffering we have received humanity, respect and attention! Gerardina Centolanza and Danilo De Santis

With this review I would like to express my deepest gratitude, on behalf of myself and my brothers, to all the staff at the RSA. My mother's stay at the RSA Monsignor Bicchierai lasted almost eight years, a long and complex period, not always easy to manage. For this reason, it was important, indeed fundamental, to be able to establish, between us family members and all the staff, a relationship based on trust and collaboration where our mother's well-being was always put first by everyone. We therefore thank doctors, nurses, OSS, educators, social workers, hairdressers, administrative staff, volunteers and all the operators for the daily welcome they reserved for us and the dedication and professionalism they put into their work, aware that even just one more smile makes the difference in making the years of stay in the facility more serene. For the mother and for us family members, the presence of Don Luigi first and Don Massimo later was precious and comforting, they were able to create a community among all the guests accompanying them on their spiritual journey. Knowing that Mom was in good hands always comforted and supported us. Goretta Centolanza and brothers
My grandmother spent the last years of her life in this facility. As already mentioned in other experiences, we have found a lack of empathy towards patients, little availability of doctors and nurses and, often, deficiencies in the way in which those who are no longer self-sufficient are managed. A piece of advice if you choose this RSA: read the entry contract carefully. Many clauses must be carefully evaluated, such as the one that leaves total freedom to the RSA to withdraw from the contract at any time, thus obliging them to quickly find a new accommodation for the patient.
A unique squalor, between assistance and staff behavior. If it really isn't possible, it's better to change the nursing home for our grandparents who have the right to live out their final years happily.
I wanted to thank all the staff of the Auxologico RSA for what they did for my mother Carla. It was not easy to decide to entrust one's parent to a healthcare facility, but the choice was correct and positive in the perception of all of us children and especially of my mother. She found a humane and competent environment that accompanied her sensitively in the last part of her life. Thank you.
