how i wish i can give no star here!!! so bad. we bought a car(mini cooper) after a couple of minutes its stoped! so we need to give it back again to Zentrum, then they told us they will repair. we waited for almost 1 month then today we took it because they said its done. but still we stop again in the middle of highway!!! whats wrong with the car! we want to change it or better give it back to your Garage!!

If you are looking for a nice car used or new, you definitely have to visit this place. They have a huge variety of cars!!!

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend the Ford Garage in St. Margrethen. From the first moment the service was disappointing (somewhat). The vehicle that was sold to me was in poor condition (the first light came on after a few kilometers). Complaints were responded to very slowly and unfriendly. Customer service seems to be a foreign word here: no accommodation, no professional advice, no honest communication. I felt neither taken seriously nor treated fairly as a customer. Definitely the first and last experience with this garage for me. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.
