Very comfortable and cozy rooms with great views. The breakfast was amazing, especially with the homemade items from their garden! Very friendly staff too. Hall in Tirol is a really cool town -- much less crowded than Innsbruck but with scenic streets and churches.

The receptionist is very kind and helpful arranging room for us to ensure we have enough beds as the online booking system made some mistake All the staffs are very helpful and made you feel welcomed :) it’s our pleasure staying here for the new year holiday! Breakfast got what it needs and the bread / coffee is good Location is great too to access different ski resorts and the tourist spots! Highly recommend!
We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 12 and 10) and we loved our stay here. The location was great - easy bus or train ride to Innsbruck but tucked quietly away in Hall in Tyrol to allow for relaxation. The glowing stars on the ceiling were a great touch. Breakfast buffet and restaurant dinner were delicious. We especially enjoyed the back garden with the giant chess, trampoline, lawn chairs and mountain views!
Really beautiful hotel rooms. Big, modern very clean. The most wonderful thing in the rooms is the ceiling with millions of stars shining like the real sky in the night when you turn off the light. I really enjoyed during my stay in this hotel. The breakfast is excellent too. Very reasonable prices. I reccomend.
Very clean rooms with everything you need. Big bathroom with removable shower head and plentiful soap/shampoo mix. The room has carpet, but it appears to have been washed before we got there. Pillows were a bit too thick. Friendly service. available sauna. Secured premise with keycard access. Very nice exterior appointments. And free parking! Would recommend for families. We came here for the Swarovski museum nearby, but it is a bit far from Innsbruck. You will need a car or bus into the city if you are coming to go to Innsbruck centre.
