It was my first visit, exploring the facility for my mother. Well tough out , convenient and spacious layout. Some of the facilities such as outdoor activity area is still under construction. The facilities listed by the managements seems comprehensive but I have not yet admitted my mom so can’t comment about the actual service. That perhaps will follow in a later review. The infrastructure for now looks very good.
Visited this place for my father. The rooms are the perfect size for an elderly person. Is well equipped with facilities for aging persons , like bars to hold and walk, adjustable bed, safety bars in the restroom, calling bell. Each room has a balcony so he can spend time outdoors, also a common walking area with benches available. Food is purely vegetarian which we prefer. All the personnel were very friendly and kind. 24 hours nurse station and on call to attend to any needs. The manager was very helpful and gave detailed explanation and answers to all questions. I think my Dad will love this place. Greatly appreciate the management providing such a dedicated place for seniors needing assistance. Thanks
My experience dealing with this organisation is a mixed bag. There are several positives and few irritants. What annoys one more is the lack of effort on the part of operational leaders to attend or resolve the issue. As an example, smooth operations of a generator is essential for old residents living there. I have seen time and again, this does not work and I am being given excuses. Should this not be a smooth process for this to work? Have trained staff to operate it or an SLA with a service provider for quick turnaround?
The dedicated staff provide excellent service and are committed to providing the highest level of care as well as safety and comfort for each seniors. I have observed their tireless efforts to ensure satisfaction via delicious meals, spotless environment, high priority security and safety, as well as personalized medical care and assistance for each individual.
