Visited a friend we did not go to her room as very small apparently however reception area where we met was impressive very modern looking & a large area. There is a Cafe where we were able to order coffees & savoring which were very nice. Just a bit short on parking spaces otherwise very nice.

I've lived here for a few months now and have nothing but praise for the staff. They go the extra mile to ensure that we're happy here. The apartments are lovely and facilities are excellent. There's nothing to not like IMO.

Park lane Retirement Village is a nice new and very modern style retirement complex.Park lane is close to many of Christchurch's amenities including Addington Park Raceway, Horncastle Arena and AMIstadium.It is also a short ride to the hospital It is also lucky to have very helpful and obliging staff.,highly recommended retirement village.
Very disapointed with this rest home found out today a very dear friend of mine passed away 9 months ago last time i come to see my friend i left my phone number and name just in case she ended up in hospital as she had cancer the lady who i gave my information to was quit arrogant who i believe may have been in charge of the nurses there as i had my mother with me she was not impressed very poor service from park lane rest home finding out 9 months later that she had passed away as we live rural so could not see her all the time a phone call would have have been appreciated.
