Terrible experience just trying to find out more information for elderly care while dealing with Antara - your job is to make life easier for elders not harder! Not sure how you run your ship with rude security guards (Sunil Tomar), useless helpline numbers that are incapable of arranging a call back and non functional phone numbers. When i asked the security guard for a genuine number to reach the Antara team on- he was least helpful- would recommend re looking at your staff members and hiring - reading similar reviews about rude staff and security across platforms on Antara.
Antara is a lovely place optically, and I am sure it’s great for the residents. I tried to go there for a meal as a guest, and I was welcomed by extremely rude customer service on the phone. Every time I try to call, they picked up and cut the call on my face. Finally, when they spoke to me, they were very unhelpful and said that they were too busy to talk to me or get anyone else to talk to me since ‘everyone is on a break’. How can a hospitality place say that at noon on a weekend? A lady called Sonia was extremely rude and should be penalised for making a guest feel so attacked. She didn’t answer any of my queries and convinced us to never try and come to Antara or ask for any help. I’m surprised how your aged residents stay happy with such behaviour. Post this Mr. Anand Rai from the Delhi team also called me to help, but was anything but helpful. He was full of excuses and also spoke in a very non-courteous manner. Very low quality customer service.

Sorry to disappoint you by writing this. But I have been a victim of constant mental harassment at Antara (since September'22). They can really make a guest service provider suffer based on some pointless rules. They deliberately delay you, put you in an uncomfortable position so that ultimately you run away screaming. I failed to especially understand what the security guards staff is so arrogant about! A few of them! I kept quiet for I thought they were doing their job. But making a fractured foot person walk all the way in the basement and climb the stairs every time. I don't see any compassion flowing. Unacceptably saddening behavior! Helpless elderly there, paying leaps and bounds for facilities that are all pretend and lack basic sincerity and compassion, towards their own guests. They don't deserve to be disturbed by this unnecessary, nerve wracking every day drama. They simply know how to be happy and content. That's something we should learn from them.
