Visited for the first time in 2022,as family stays there. Amazing quality of life. Superb infrastructure, delightful garden and open spaces,walkways. Services including housekeeping and management is impeccable. Support staff is empathetic and ever helpful.
Horrible prejudiced staff. Typical of that area. If you go with your bigger cars, you are respected with artificial humility and plastic smiles. Security staff are extremely low class. If you are on a bike/two-wheeler, you are 'strip'-searched and insulted. Nothing much to explain. Experience yourself. I am not going here anymore. Got many relatives living here. But decided to end my visits here. Pathetic and hostile.
It's a high end assisted living gated community. It's pricey and not really designed for the elderly or movement disabilities. The place is clean and we'll maintained but unfortunately has too many stairs and strict rules which makes it inconvenient for the targeted group
Please visit the place in posh cars & not in bike. Security there judge you very low & harrassed us. You are asked to switch off bike, get down, remove helmet & jackets & stand before them as if you have done some crime. You go to visit your relative & get insulted for nothing from the Security! Horrible & pathetic experience for bikers! I am not commenting here on the system or management of Nana Nani!
