In the event of an emergency, it must be expected that a lot of valuable time will pass before real help is available.
Unfortunately, I often hear from my mother-in-law and her friends at the nursing home that Physio Points isn't the same as the old physiotherapist who was there... It's a shame to change people you were happy with... Best regards
