Friendly and welcoming
I am really impressed by how lovingly and respectfully older people are treated here. You can feel that the well-being of the residents is the focus. The staff is friendly, patient and takes their time - that creates trust. The location by the lake in the middle of the village makes the whole thing even more special: quiet, beautiful and simply ideal for relaxing. For anyone looking for a good place for their loved ones, I can only recommend this place!
The home is not suitable for people who temporarily need a holiday bed from the hospital and are not yet in stable health. The whole organization and processes are very complicated. And the cost of temporary stays very expensive (due to various flat rates). There are a lot of staff - but the individual employees don't feel responsible. Communication within the team is poor. On the day of entry, at least eight different people were in the room within 2 hours and had to do some kind of activity - totally overwhelming for vulnerable people (and relatives who are also under tension)! We could write a thriller from our three week stay. The nurses were mostly very nice and warm. However, if the organization and communication are not right, none of this is of any use. The managing director inquired in detail about the criticized points. I hope for all future customers that the employees and processes make a change.
