Once inside, All facilities needed by Senior Citizen are available including a Common Dining Hall and TV Lounge. There are Twin Sharing as well as Single occupancy accomodations. Bed room, Toilet with Geyser, A small Kitchenette with Fritz, an Induction Cooktop, a small Dining Space, Sofa, Chairs and a Study Table are provided. Sufficient Greenery and Garden is maintained in front of Dining Hall and also by the side of Basement Entrance for Vehicles parking. Inside Corridor, walkway is decorated with Flower pots and a water Fountain. Only the problem is non availability of Local Conveyance to reach and go out from Apartments, that too during Evenings and odd times. One has to depend on pre booked Cabs for any city visit outside the premises. The Facility manager and caretakers are very Courteous and caring to most of residents' needs. Overall its a Good Coliving Apartment for those who really need a Secluded, Disturbance, Noice free, Safe and Caring Living.
